Message	The car sat outside for YEARS at my sister's house before I got hold of it, so maybe the corrosion in the ECU was just from general exposure. I haven't found any wet spots inside the car but I did not want to take any chances with a fresh ECU. I am going to take Spdracer's suggestion above about making a plastic flap.
